This is my very first lap quilt I made for my aunts 90th birthday.

A long lost friend collects those little rubber duckies in the various costumes that you see everywhere. Naturally, I had to make her this quilt. The large blocks are from a panel, the corners diving ducks are applique and I repeated many of the colors in the stripped borders.

StarWars

My 23 year old son loves Star Wars and mention I should make him a quilt, thinking I could not to it: Challenge accepted and this is what I ended up with. Used Jennys wonky star to feature Yoda in the center of the quilt, and used wonky stars on the back. paperpieced the characters in each corner, and of course large light sabers on the sides.

A Space in TIme
